Loading Memo created
The movement starts as one controlled record of parties, route and commercial terms.
Vehicle assigned
The truck and its owner are recorded against the memo before it leaves the origin.
Shared outward
The memo is shared by email, with WhatsApp available as an add-on. Progress is recorded, not tracked live.
POD received
Proof of delivery is attached to the movement it belongs to.
Loop closed
Transporter, vehicle-owner and commission balances update in the working accounts. Record-only.
History stays visible
- Every Loading Memo revision is retained
- Memo numbers follow the branch that issued them
- Important changes are audit-logged
- Records are deactivated, never erased
The boundary matters
A Loading Memo is not a bilty or tax invoice. The Supplier Portal does not generate e-Way Bills, provide full double-entry accounting or move money.
Transporter Portal
One trip, from enquiry to accounts.
Enquiry and quotation
A customer enquiry is recorded and answered with a quotation, so the trip begins as one connected record.
Truck sourced
Supplier trucks are sourced for the trip, and the truck you hire is recorded against it.
Loading slip and LR issued
The loading slip and the LR (bilty) are issued. e-Way bill details and validity are recorded on the LR and watched.
POD kept on the LR
Proof of delivery stays on the LR it belongs to.
GST invoice
Customer invoices with GST split as CGST + SGST within a state or IGST between states.
Settlement and accounts
Supplier Notes, freight bills and payment advices for hired trucks, with customer receivable, supplier payable, outstanding ageing, vouchers and reports.
The boundary matters
e-Way bill details are recorded on the LR and watched, but the Transporter Portal does not generate e-Way bills or travel permits. It is independent: it does not receive records from the Supplier Portal, and it does not provide a public marketplace.
